1. Text Message Program Terms

   By subscribing to Campaign text messages, you agree to receive recurring political and informational text messages (SMS/MMS), including updates, events, and fundraising requests, sent using an automated dialing system or other technology. Message frequency varies.
   Message and data rates may apply.
   Consent is not a condition of making a contribution or purchasing goods/services.

2. Opt-Out and Help

   You may revoke your consent at any time and in any reasonable manner.
   To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message.

3. Data Collection and Sharing

   The Campaign collects your mobile phone number, contact information, and any personal data you submit.
   Mobile Information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in data are used only to send messages from Friends of Gregory T. Hafen and are shared only with vendors who deliver those messages on our behalf (for example, our text messaging platform). All other categories of personal information, excluding mobile opt-in data, may be shared as described below.
   Political Sharing: Other contact information you provide, such as name, email, and mailing address, may be shared with political organizations, candidates, or committees that share our goals.
   

   Legal Compliance: We disclose information as required by law, including campaign finance reporting.
